DYEING

Our dyeing process is certified by the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. The dyeing section allows us to provide a wide range of shades as per customer requirements. The fabric is dyeing in a state-of-the-art Low Liquor Air Flow machine, with automated temperature, dye concentration, fabric speed and liquor ratio control. This allows for more efficient and consistent dyeing and reduces costs and wastage. Additionally, the dyeing section has installed Liquid Powder Dispersion (LPD) technology, enabling the highest level of precision when dyeing small quantities.
